The Hunter in Clash Royale – Tips and Strategies
The developer and most of the fans are aware of the fact that there isn’t much fun when you have to look at same characters doing the exact same moves. The players are staring with the exactly the same animation each and every time. There are two solutions, one of them is to change your deck completely. The other one is to start playing with the newest and the latest cards available. We are here to present to you the latest addition to the Clash Royale family, the card that’s called “the Hunter”.
About The Hunter
If you are a real enthusiast about the Clash Royale and love to play it every day, then you must know that there‘s a huge possibility that every once and again you will be “introduced” and countered against this card. Not a single player will be left without the possibility to meet up with him. He is wearing a blue beret along with the hunting blue camo. Holds a rifle and his mustache eyebrows seem pretty bushy. I bet this is how many players would imagine a real hunter looks like.
The Hunter is a card with epic rarity. Much like the Executioner, he is able to deal the damage to both land and air targets, which makes it a great asset for any player. It is not a very fast card (like the Elite Barbarians, for instance) as it overall rating for speed is rated medium. His hit speed is 2.2 seconds and the range is 4. His tournament level attributes are: HP (Health points) – 696, DPS – 31 and Damage – 69. As you upgrade, these stats increase. You can get it from a Level 9 Arena or a Jungle Arena. So much to cover the basics of the Hunter in Clash Royale.
|Arena||Jungle Arena (Arena 9)|
|HP (Level 1)||524|
|Area Damage (Level 1)||52 x 10|
|Damage per second (Level 1)||23 x 10|
|Targets||Air & Ground|
Tips and Strategies
The Hunter is the unit that has a really high damage output. Why? Because he hits multiple targets at the same time, up to 10. Placing him immediately to the enemy unit will make him use all ten of this hits to a single target, dealing massive damage.
This great attacking unit is never a strategic blunder and the Hunter is going to prove it one way or another. His weapon of choice is the boomstick and the proximity makes him into the very dangerous foe. If you have ever played any similar games as Clash Royale, then you must be aware of the fact that high DPS units are very effective against tank units. The best way to use this card is to place it beside a tanky unit such as the Giant or Golem and let him annihilate that unit. His best role is to be a Support Unit. Another units that are fearful of the Hunter are Lava hound and its Lava pups. He is a real monster hunter.
The Hunter – Deck Combos and Synergies
The Hunter never hunts alone. He is coming together with his friends. He shines in many arenas, especially in both Level 9 and Level 10 arenas. Sometimes, enemies can be friends too. You can see this in “Giant-Nado-Hunter” decks for Level 9 Arenas and above. Another wise choice would be “No-Legendary-Goison-Hunter” deck. If you are looking for a deck for the Level 10 Arena and above, then your choice would be “Goison-Graveyard” deck. Pick your friends for these close ranged units that can deal the splash damage too.
Counter for the Hunter
Hunter might be a fighter card against Graveyard, Giant, Royal Giant, the Knight or the Bandit, but its true foes are the Valkyrie, Musketeer, Wizard, Prince and the Skeleton Army. If your opponent has one of these units, your hunter will become the one who is the hunted. Give Hunter a try and see if he suits your playstyle and your Clash Royale game.
